Welcome to Falkan ("Platform," "Service," or "we"), owned and operated by Mangozteen, a company based in Kerala, India. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Mangozteen concerning your access to and use of Falkan's website, web application, AI research suite, and simulated paper-trading arena.
By accessing or using Falkan, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
1. Educational & Non-Brokerage Nature of Service
Falkan is exclusively a market simulation, educational, and analytical research tool. Falkan and its owner Mangozteen:
- Are NOT a SEBI-registered stockbroker, investment advisor, portfolio manager, or financial intermediary.
- Do NOT facilitate live financial market order execution with real capital.
- Do NOT hold customer funds, accept deposits, or execute actual financial transactions on behalf of users.
- Do NOT provide personalized investment, legal, taxation, or financial advice. All AI summaries and indicators are strictly for informational and educational purposes.
2. Virtual Currency & Simulated Portfolios
All account balances, cash credits, margins, gains, and losses displayed within Falkan are entirely simulated and virtual. Virtual credits hold zero cash value, cannot be redeemed, transferred, withdrawn, or exchanged for fiat currency or any other real-world consideration. Simulated performance does not reflect real-world market liquidity, slippage, or psychological factors.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the simulation arena, you may need to register an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activities or actions performed under your account. You agree to notify Mangozteen immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use & Platform Integrity
You agree not to engage in any conduct that disrupts, tampers with, or degrades the functionality of Falkan, including:
- Attempting to bypass rate limits, server protections, or authentication mechanisms.
- Using automated scripts, scrapers, or bots to overwhelm market data feeds or simulated trade matching engines.
- Misrepresenting simulated leaderboards or virtual earnings as actual real-world investment returns.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The Falkan name, trademarks, logos, graphical assets, UI architecture, algorithms, AI synthesis prompts, and software code are the exclusive intellectual property of Mangozteen and its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your individual, non-commercial education.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Mangozteen, its directors, officers, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, real-world financial losses incurred by trading real markets, or loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Platform.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and your use of Falkan shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising under or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Kerala, India.
8. Amendments and Modifications
Mangozteen reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the revised terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Falkan following any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
